To resolve this issue, first try to do a Password recovery located on the BrightLocker home page.
You will be asked to enter the email address you used when creating the Account. Do this, then click Send Email. An email will be sent to that address containing a link to reset your Password. If you don't receive an email, please be sure to check your spam folder, or any special folders.
If you are unable to recover your Account by using the step above, please contact BrightLocker Customer Service by clicking on the green Submit A Request link.
