Make sure to report your unauthorized charges as soon as possible. The faster a fraud is reported, the faster BrightLocker can take the appropriate actions to reverse the charges and re-secure your card. Please check your credit card statement at least once a month to ensure that there in no suspicious activity. 

 

If someone is using your card to buy BrightLocker Gold, BrightLocker will do everything in its power to help. In the case of suspicious activity, please contact BrightLocker by selecting the Contact Us tab and provide the following information:

 

  • Last 4 digits of card
  • Expiration date of card
  • Full name as it appears on the card
  • BrightLocker Account associated with the charge
  • Dates of transactions
  • Amount of purchase
  • Transaction ID, if available

 

Once the above details are confirmed, BrightLocker can quickly suspend the Account using the card in order to prevent further charges, as well as refund all purchases made. The credit will be returned to you within 3-5 business days.

 

Alternatively, you should also make sure to notify your credit card company immediately. Many companies have toll-free numbers and 24-hour service to deal with such emergencies.
