Bans on an Account are administered by BrightLocker personnel for violations of the Terms of Use. Bans are a permanent Account closure, and when a ban is applied to an account, it prevents login to the BrightLocker website. If your Account has been banned, you should have received an email from BrightLocker Customer Service with additional details.

 

BrightLocker aims to create an enjoyable environment where all gamers feel comfortable to interact and have fun. As such, inappropriate behavior on the platform is taken very seriously. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

If your BrightLocker Account has been closed due to a violation, you may appeal the penalty by submitting an email to accountadmin@brightlocker.com

 

Before you submit an appeal, please note:

 

  • BrightLocker rarely overturns suspensions and bans

 

  • The Account holder is responsible for the Account's behavior. Penalties are applied regardless of who controlled the Account at the time of suspension. Extenuating individual circumstances will not lead to the removal of a penalty

 

  • Repeated or abusive appeals will not help your case. Appeals sent after a final review may be ignored.

 

These policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to secure a friendly atmosphere and experience for everyone using BrightLocker products. Thank you in advance for abiding by them.
