If your BrightLocker account has been closed due to a violation, you may appeal the penalty by submitting an email to email@example.com
Before you submit an appeal, review the following:
- We rarely overturn suspensions and bans
- The account holder is responsible for the account's behavior. Penalties are applied regardless of who controlled the account at the time of suspension. Extenuating individual circumstances will not lead to the removal of a penalty
- Repeated or abusive appeals will not help your case. Appeals sent after a final review may be ignored.
