To initiate a Video Chat with a customer who has purchased a Video Chat Reward, you must first navigate to that person's BrightLocker profile by clicking on Community at the top and then selecting People. On this page, you will be able to search for the user you wish to have a Video Chat with.


If a user is online, a clickable button will appear on their profile page:




If the user is not available, it will appear grayed out:




If you are receiving a call, you will see a prompt on the upper right hand corner of your web browser:




When initiating or receiving a call be sure to give your browser permission to use your camera and microphone. For example, on FireFox it looks like this:



Once the Video Chat connects you will see the person you are calling and they will see you:
